Refund & Usage Policy

Account use

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of any service receiving verification messages. Fraud, unauthorized account access, and misuse of virtual numbers are prohibited.

Adding wallet funds

Manual deposits must be reviewed. Only approved payment requests are credited. Payment receipts and references may be retained for accounting and dispute handling.

Purchases and refunds

Product stock and delivery depend on the upstream supplier. An order marked for review means its status is uncertain and staff must reconcile it with the supplier. A confirmed provider rejection can result in a wallet refund; fulfilled orders do not automatically qualify for refunds. Contact support to request review.

Pricing

All funds are accounted for in PKR. Other currencies are display conversions using admin-configured rates, not binding live FX quotes.

Data and security

Keep your login credentials and personal API keys private. SMS content may be sensitive; the platform attempts to limit access to authenticated customers.
